Customers may request cancellation of a recurring Jaynus monitoring service before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse charges for a billing period that has already started.
Implementation projects may be cancelled before work begins. If work is already underway, the applicable scope, completed work, and written service agreement determine any remaining obligation or refund.
