Effective October 31, 2026
Implementation work is scoped and confirmed before payment. If a customer cancels before implementation work begins, the implementation fee is eligible for a full refund. After implementation work has begun, refund eligibility is evaluated based on work already completed and any written service agreement.
Recurring monitoring fees cover the applicable billing period and are generally not retroactively refundable after that period begins, except for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or where required by law.
