Create a dedicated integration key
The roofing company's AccuLynx Location or Company Administrator creates a separate API key for the Jaynus integration.
Enter it only in the private connection workflow
The key is entered into the Tailscale-protected Jaynus Command connection panel during onboarding.
Jaynus validates before saving
The connector tests the credential against AccuLynx before it is stored.
Read-only synchronization begins
Jaynus retrieves the supported lead, prospect, contact, and estimate data used by the Revenue Recovery queue.
Disconnect when required
The saved credential can be removed without deleting the previously synchronized audit history.
Important: Never submit CRM passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or other private account credentials through the public qualification or support forms.
